Ante Streak Privacy Policy

Ante Streak ("the App") is developed by Eric Tsai ("we", "us"). Ante Streak is an offline, entertainment/educational Texas Hold'em preflop trainer and basics quiz. The App does not require account creation or login, and does not have a backend server — all of your training data stays on your device.

Information We Collect and How It's Used

• Training and quiz progress — Your scores, streaks, accuracy stats, and language/table-size/timer preferences are stored only in your device's local storage (UserDefaults). This data never leaves your device, and is never seen by us. You can clear it anytime with the "Reset All Progress" button in the App, or by deleting the App.
• No account, no personal profile — The App never asks for your name, email, or any personal profile information.

Advertising

Ante Streak shows an occasional full-screen interstitial ad (powered by Google AdMob) after every few completed questions. This supports free access to the App.

• To serve and measure ads, Google AdMob may collect your device's advertising identifier (IDFA), general device information, and app usage data related to ads.
• The first time you open the App, iOS will ask whether Ante Streak may track your activity across other companies' apps and websites (App Tracking Transparency). If you allow tracking, you may see more personalized ads. If you decline, Ante Streak only shows non-personalized ads — every other feature of the App works exactly the same either way.

Third-Party Services

• Google AdMob — Serves the interstitial ads described above. See Google's Privacy Policy.

Data We Do Not Collect

Ante Streak does not require an account, does not collect your name/email, does not use any analytics SDK, does not access your camera, photos, contacts, or location, and does not sell your personal information. (See "Advertising" above for the one third-party SDK the App uses, and why.)

Your Choices

You can change your App Tracking Transparency choice at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, which controls whether ads shown in the App are personalized. You can clear all locally stored training/quiz data using the in-App "Reset All Progress" button, or remove it entirely by deleting the App.

Entertainment / Educational Purpose Only

Ante Streak's preflop ranges are a simplified educational model built from a public, non-proprietary hand-ranking heuristic. They are not derived from any commercial solver and are not gambling advice or a guarantee of real-money poker results. The App does not involve real-money wagering of any kind.

Children's Privacy

Ante Streak is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the App changes. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

德州連擊（Ante Streak，以下稱「本 App」）由 Eric Tsai（以下稱「我們」）開發。本 App 是離線使用的德州撲克開牌訓練與基礎知識測驗，屬於娛樂／學習性質。本 App 不需要註冊帳號或登入，也沒有後端伺服器——你所有的訓練資料都只留在你的裝置上。

我們蒐集的資訊與使用方式

• 訓練與測驗進度 — 你的積分、連擊、正確率統計，以及語言／牌桌人數／計時器等偏好設定，僅儲存在你裝置本機的儲存空間（UserDefaults）中。這些資料不會離開你的裝置，我們也無法看到。你可以隨時透過 App 內的「重設所有紀錄」按鈕清除，或直接刪除本 App。
• 不需要帳號、不建立個人檔案 — 本 App 不會要求你提供姓名、電子郵件或任何個人檔案資訊。

廣告

德州連擊會在每答完幾題後，偶爾顯示一則全螢幕插頁廣告（由 Google AdMob 提供），用以支持本 App 的免費使用。

• 為了投放與衡量廣告成效，Google AdMob 可能會蒐集你裝置的廣告識別碼（IDFA）、一般裝置資訊，以及與廣告相關的 App 使用資料。
• 你第一次開啟本 App 時，iOS 會詢問是否允許德州連擊追蹤你在其他公司 App 與網站上的活動（App 追蹤透明度）。若你允許追蹤，可能會看到較個人化的廣告；若你拒絕，德州連擊僅會顯示非個人化廣告——不論你的選擇為何，App 其他所有功能都完全相同、不受影響。

第三方服務

• Google AdMob — 提供上述的插頁廣告服務。詳見 Google 隱私權政策。

我們不會蒐集的資訊

德州連擊不需要註冊帳號，不會蒐集你的姓名／電子郵件，未使用任何分析（analytics）SDK，不會存取你的相機、照片、聯絡人或定位資訊，我們也不會出售你的個人資訊。（本 App 唯一使用的第三方 SDK 是廣告用途，詳見上方「廣告」段落。）

你的選擇

你可以隨時在 iOS「設定」>「隱私權與安全性」>「追蹤」中變更你的 App 追蹤透明度選擇，這會決定 App 內顯示的廣告是否個人化。你可以透過 App 內「重設所有紀錄」按鈕清除所有本機訓練／測驗資料，或刪除本 App 以完全移除。

僅供娛樂／學習用途

德州連擊的開牌範圍是根據公開、非專有的牌力評分公式建構的簡化教學模型，並非源自任何商業 solver，也不構成賭博建議或真實金錢撲克結果的保證。本 App 不涉及任何形式的真錢下注。

兒童隱私權

德州連擊並非針對 13 歲以下兒童設計，我們不會在知情的情況下蒐集兒童的個人資訊。

政策異動

本政策可能隨 App 功能異動而更新。你在政策更新後繼續使用本 App，即表示同意更新後的內容。
